In an effort to better serve Scouts and their families and to make better use of donor dollars, there are some changes to the Pine Spills and how it will be distributed.
For 2008 Pine Tree Council will be:
- Increasing the number of issues from 4 to 6, set to be published on every even month, to help get more accurate information out and in a timelier manner.
- Sending out the Pine Spills electronically to all on their email distribution list as soon as it becomes available.
- Keeping the Pine Spills on the www.pinetreebsa.org web site for easy access.
- They will be decreasing the number of issues printed in hard copy to help “go green” and avoid duplications to those wanting to receive it electronically.
- Pine Spills, in a hard copy format, will be available to units at their district’s roundtables.
