Since you’re here I think it’s fair to guess that you came here looking for the latest information on upcoming events and activities in the KV District. If so then I hope you find what you are looking for.

However, it’s entirely possible that you’d like to get the word out about something. Or you have a question that can’t exactly be answered by any of the information we have here online. If that’s the case then the answer lies within the Forums. The scouting forums we have here on KV-Scouts.org are designed to allow you to communicate with your fellow scouts and scouters without having to wait until a RoundTable or other gathering of scouts. Writing a message on the forums (called “posting”) is no more difficult than writing an e-mail. In fact it’s probably easier than writing an e-mail since you don’t have to figure out who to send it to and so forth. All you need to do is click on the “New Topic” button to start a new conversation (called a “thread”) about anything to do with scouts.

It’s that easy.

Conversely you could also participate in an existing thread such as this one created by a member of the OA Ceremony team who recently posted a topic talking about expanding the team to more members. Perhaps even you.

You’ll have to be logged in to view or reply to any post on the forum but it’s a simple process and one that’s worth the effort when you consider how much we can all gain if we share the vast wealth of scouting tips, tricks, and methods we have on the forums.
